The program emphasizes Kentucky bourbons — including the Old Rip Van Winkle Collection — while also offering rye options like WhistlePig, American bourbons such as Garrison Brothers, and selections from Japan. Whiskeys are served as one- or two-ounce pours or in cocktails, and there are curated flights called whiskey trails that spotlight Kentucky bourbon, rye whiskey, Japanese whiskey, and American bourbon. The concept focuses on bourbon because of its clear categorization (minimum 51% corn) and shared starting recipe, though a full selection of other liquors remains available.
