"One of the best restaurants in the world, Eleven Madison Park, has landed in Aspen for a winter-long pop-up at The St. Regis’s swanky Chefs Club dining room, serving a menu inspired by chef Daniel Humm’s Swiss roots: hearty soups, shareable Swiss fondue, chicken and veal schnitzels, and chestnut cream Mont Blancs for dessert.
