"This new 6,000-square-foot ice cream factory and tasting room at 4411 West Colfax Avenue in Denver’s West Colfax neighborhood opens Saturday, July 6. Evoking a Willy Wonka–esque atmosphere, guests enter through a walk-in freezer into a space designed to mimic an industrial ice cream churn, with circular and cylindrical features reinforcing the churning theme. A toy-block menu board lists scoops, pints, ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, and malts; orders are placed at a counter where toppings are presented in a laboratory-like fashion. The shop’s hours are Tuesday–Thursday noon–10 p.m., Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.–9 p.m." - Erin Perkins
