"The second of a planned five-location Mediterranean-style fast-casual chicken concept is set to open Oct. 5 at 725 S. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, replacing the former Hot Head Burritos near Donut Mania. It mirrors the original westside location in style, menu and hours (10 a.m.–10 p.m., seven days a week), and features shawarma, falafel, rotisserie chicken plates, pita sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts such as baklava and rice pudding. The company is also planning additional expansion, including a northside site at 6572 N. Decatur Boulevard and a move into Town Square next year." - Bradley Martin
