All-you-can-eat brunch arrives at Downtown’s Freedom Beat | Eater Vegas

"Brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring an all-you-can-eat option priced at $24.99 (bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys available for an additional $10). The unlimited small-plates selection includes red velvet pancakes, chicken and waffles, sunny egg and potatoes, chia seed and berry parfait, spinach Parmesan toasts, traditional Benedict, the Elvis waffle, New Mexico hatch chilaquiles, Border Town tacos, shrimp and grits, corned beef hash skillet, and biscuits with chipotle gravy. There are also stand-alone dishes for additional cost such as smoked pork mac and cheese with poached eggs; tater tot waffles topped with smoked salmon; a Croque Americana made with Kentucky ham, Wisconsin cheese, and a fried egg; applewood bacon pancakes with caramelized apples and maple butter; buttermilk chicken and house waffles served with a spiced red sauce and spiced maple; and chicken fried steak smothered in country gravy with a fried egg.
