The low lighting and Old West decor is a Nevada sagebrush country take on fine dining. Diners can sit inside jail cells and order steaks — including a massive 36-ounce Tomahawk steak paired with a lobster tail and scallops — halibut ceviche, classic shrimp cocktail, and Italian wine.
