Last spring, the interactive eatery announced its first venture into San Diego, which would replace the long-standing Paesano’s restaurant on 30th Street. The North Park restaurant is currently scheduled to open as soon as early February. Founder and CEO Jeff Chon is also bringing the concept to North County with a 1,446-square-foot outpost coming to The Square at Bressi Ranch.
