"Burgerim, an Israeli burger chain with more than 160 worldwide locations has expansion plans in store for the Bay Area, with new locations in the works for Concord, El Cerrito, San Francisco (on Mission Street), San Jose, San Pablo, Santa Clara, and San Mateo — plus Fremont, Pleasant Hill, and Pleasanton locations which will have Halal certified meat. Burgerim, which launched in Tel Aviv in 2011, serves 2.8-ounce mini burgers individually, in pairs, trios, or by the “party box” full.
