Blue Sparrow Coffee Lands Another Denver Location - Eater Denver
"Next Door American Eatery, the offshoot of The Kitchen restaurants, is opening its sixth Colorado location next month. The restaurant should debut the week of October 8 inside the Central Park development at Plaza Drive and Lucent Boulevard, Highlands Ranch. Already open in the shopping center are some fun food options including Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery, Torchy’s Tacos, and Shake Shack. Elsewhere in Colorado, Next Door has locations in Boulder, Denver, Glendale, Stapleton, and Longmont." - Josie Sexton
