"The Downtown Brooklyn spaces that once housed both Hill Country Fried Chicken and Hill Country Barbecue Market will soon be combined and replaced with an Austin-inspired food hall called Hill Country Food Park. The 10,000-square-foot space will feature six stalls offering breakfast tacos, donuts, coffee, Hill Country barbecue, Hill Country fried chicken, pizza, burgers, tacos, and salads. Seating will be available, and a full bar and live music will be introduced later. The company anticipates a mid-summer opening." - Serena Dai
