Mountain West Eatery to focus on breakfast and barbecue | Eater Vegas

"A new concept combining breakfast and barbecue is planned for a 3,528-square-foot former Goodwill store on Blue Diamond Road in Enterprise, close to the intersection with Edmond Street and adjacent to Sharky’s Modern Mexican Kitchen. The space will seat 81 in the main dining room plus a small separate bar area where patrons can sit at the counter, pick songs from a corner jukebox, or play darts. The owners have begun the Clark County approval process but have not yet announced opening hours or the particular style of barbecue they intend to feature." - Bradley Martin
