"Both restaurants at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort will have special menus just for Mother’s Day—both cost $98 for adults and $35 for children and run from 9:30/10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Both restaurants will feature a buffet with a carve station with sun dried tomato and dill crusted sea bass and prime rib; an iced seafood display; a California artisanal cheese tasting; an omelet station; a selection of pastries; platters of cured meats; California-made salumi and a cold buffet with items such as avocado gazpacho, pickled shrimp, grilled green asparagus, and baby arugula.
