"Lyfe Kitchen, the healthy restaurant at the District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, closed on Monday. The restaurant that opened in 2014 with the motto “Love Your Food Every day” featured good-for-you food that included separate menus for vegetarians and vegans, a gluten-free diet, and of course omnivores. An herb wall contained 25 herbs from the menu including basil, lemongrass, marjoram, and more." - Susan Stapleton
