"Short for nabemono (Japanese hot pot), Lewis Lin’s wagyu shabu shabu joint ups the ante by tossing Japanese A5 tri-tip, picanha, brisket, short rib, and striploin all from Kagoshima into the pot. Patrons can select from three different wagyu sets (eight ounces for $60; 12 ounces for $80; 24 ounces for $140) and choose three broth variations — kombu, sukiyaki, and yuzu chicken. Seafood and veg sets are also offered, as are various bites ranging from wagyu sandwiches to king crab rolls.
