NYC’s Hometown Bar-B-Que Is Popping Up in London for One Night Only | Eater London

"An international burger chain marking its fifth anniversary in the U.K. by staging a ticketed charity event at its new Mansion House location the evening before the branch opens. The chain’s culinary director framed the collaboration as a celebration of BBQ, backyard-cooked burgers and hot dogs and brought in guest pitmasters for a limited menu; £5 tickets (two session times, 150 seats) include a wristband redeemable for one burger, fries and a shake plus a pint of ShackMeister ale brewed by Thornbridge, and 100% of ticket sales will be donated to the #BakeForSyria campaign in support of UNICEF’s children of Syria appeal.
