"Da Mario is a fine dining Italian restaurant opening at The Star in Frisco. It focuses on Neapolitan pizza, handmade pasta, and a variety of Italian dishes served family-style or individually. The kitchen is led by Corporate Executive Chef Mert Seran and Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario. Signature dishes include tableside fettuccine alla fiamma garnished with black truffles and Fiorentina di Black Angus. The wine list features selections from all regions of Italy, complemented by a Negroni cocktail cart. The decor, designed by Rockwell Group, highlights a wood-fired oven and displays of Italian ingredients, using dark wood, warm golden tones, and hints of deep green.
