"Set inside the Seacoast Suites Hotel at 5101 Collins Avenue, Louie’s at Palm House is an airy, beachside weekend restaurant introduced by Chef Louie Estrada that serves Cuban-inspired dishes. The menu includes starters such as beef empanadas with chimichurri aioli, shrimp croquetas with truffle aioli, and a grilled romaine Caesar; mains highlight sandwiches like a traditional Cubano with ham, Swiss, and lechon on Cuban bread, the Smash Me burger with a double patty and melted American cheese, and a lobster roll in a brioche bun drenched in hot butter. The alfresco dining space spans 2,700 square feet, seats up to 200 guests, and features turquoise umbrellas, thatched tiki bars, and pink-and-white-striped decor. Louie’s is open Fridays 6 p.m.–11 p.m., Saturdays 12 p.m.–11 p.m., and Sundays 12 p.m.–8 p.m.; for more, visit Palm House Miami or its Instagram." - Olee Fowler
