"This Tokyo-based ramen shop’s first Dallas outpost has officially opened its doors in Victory Park. Expect a truly massive selection of ramen options, including 13 different signature bowls made with five different types of broth. There are also a variety of noodle options, 20 different toppings, and meat-free bowls like the spicy creamy vegan ramen, which involves tofu and thick-cut noodles in a decadent sauce. Traditional tonkatsu and shoyu broths are also on offer, and can be garnished with everything from seaweed to seasoned egg and spicy sauces.
