"I note that Clarksville-based Old Glory Distilling Co. has opened Old Glory Restaurant and Silo Park, a new venue with indoor and outdoor seating, entertainment spaces, and a full bar that showcases Old Glory’s small-batch bourbons. The Southern-inspired menu includes signature items such as the Chicken-Bourbon-Mac (smoked chicken with sharp white cheddar, asiago, and whiskey barbecue sauce), an oak-stave-smoked prime rib served with homemade au jus, au gratin potatoes, and broccoli casserole, and a 16-hour white oak smoked brisket. The restaurant is open Monday–Thursday 11:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m., Friday 11:00 a.m.–midnight, Saturday 10:00 a.m.–midnight, and Sunday 10:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
