"Midnight Pig Tap Room is a self-serve beer bar opening on Monday in suburban Evanston. It is from the same company that ran Tommy Nevin’s Pub, which closed last year. The bar will feature 30 self-serve taps using touchscreen technology and will serve food including burgers, Korean-style chicken wings, and fish and chips using Nevin’s old recipe.
