"Ippudo, the Japanese ramen restaurant chain, will open a Silicon Valley outpost on February 14. It will feature six new menu items recently introduced at the West Hollywood location. The restaurant was founded by Shigemi Kawahara in 1985 in Japan, and opened its first West Coast location in Berkeley in 2017, followed by a San Francisco location in 2018.
