"Food-filled complex Pike & Rose is getting a new burger option this winter with the arrival of BurgerFi. The expansion-minded burger chain will open in an area of Rockville sometimes called North Bethesda at 11881 Grand Park Avenue. BurgerFi has two other area locations in Silver Spring and Leesburg, which sport a modern and wood-heavy look. The seven-year-old company, which has more than 100 locations from coast to coast, is known for its all-natural Angus beef patties that are free of steroids, antibiotics, and growth hormones. There’s also Vienna beef dogs, hand-cut fries, and crispy onion rings. Drinks include beer, wine, sugar cane sodas, and shakes. The burger brand also makes a vegan plant-based “Beyond Burger” that “bleeds” beet juice, according to a review from The New York Times." - Tierney Plumb
