Its menu ($120 for two people; $210 for four or $300 for six) features house-made salmon gravlax cured with beet and raspberry leaf; a wild mushroom and tarragon quiche; a zucchini tart with honey-glazed mascarpone, herbs, lemon zest, sunflower seeds and citrus vinaigrette; black forest cake; and lots more. Add on a Mother’s Day cocktail kit, too — think sangria, but with Quebec rosé, ginger bitters, sparkling water sweetened with spruce sap and lemon and lime juice. Pickup is Saturday, May 8, with orders having to be in by Thursday evening."
