"Inside Toyota Stadium, I learned that executive chef Erika Dabney rolled out several spicier concession items for the 2022–2023 MLS season starting July 30: jerk spiced chips with pineapple salsa made with Casa M Spice Company jerk-dusted tortilla chips; chorizo nachos topped with pickled radishes, jalapeno queso, sour cream, fresh cilantro, onions, and tomatoes; a Greek chicken bowl with freshly diced cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese sauce over a bed of fresh lettuce and chicken served with house-made pita chips, tzatziki sauce, and lemon vinaigrette; the Monster Burger (which includes a pair of mozzarella sticks plus chicken tenders and honey mustard on a brioche roll); and a baked bean and brisket dog with sweet baked beans, house-smoked barbecue brisket, and potato chips. These join fan favorites like chicken tenders and fries, the fried chicken and mac and cheese dog, the monster taco, Southwest chicken wrap, veggie wrap, and ultimate nachos." - Courtney E. Smith
