"I learned that Poke Burri packages the world’s trendiest raw-fish dishes into one concept that began as a food stall in an Atlanta “food hallway.” The concept — which already has a location in Raleigh, North Carolina — is expanding via a franchising initiative from founder Seven Chang and is planning a forthcoming Boston restaurant.
