"Beefmastor is such a Wilson institution that, for some folks, it is the road trip destination. There is no menu, and there is often a wait, although locals have turned the waiting time into an event — part of the charm and tradition of the Beefmastor Inn is the pre-meal tailgate in the parking lot.
