"Chef Nico Romo, known for his French fare at Nico in Mount Pleasant and Bistronomy in downtown Charleston, is opening his new Italian restaurant Laura in Summerville. The restaurant, named after Romo’s Italian grandmother, features a menu with classic Italian dishes such as Neapolitan pizzas, cacio e pepe, and veal saltimbocca.
