"Out in Val-David I found an utterly wonderful, ideal countryside farm-to-table spot with great prices on small plates and a selection of biodynamic wines. Highlights included one heck of a large tomato paired oddly but successfully with oregano, peanuts and honey, and a pork loin with cauliflower and a mayo-mustard gribiche sauce that offered a stellar twist on classic French flavours. The signature blue cheese gnocchi is rich — more of a ski-season dish — but otherwise the place earns high marks and a near-perfect three-and-a-half-star impression." - Tim Forster
