"Foxtail Supper Club is a virtual tasting menu restaurant launched by Austin chef Page Pressley. Diners receive shipments of mostly prepared food, join an organized Zoom meeting with the chef and other guests, and finish cooking the rest of the meal together. The restaurant offers two evening services each week with 11 'seats' each, where diners place orders through Assembly Kitchen. The meals, sourced from Austin and the Hill Country, are $150 each and meant for two people, including a five-course dinner with wagyu carpaccio, barbecue pork, and more.
