"Gäbi Boutique, which closed both its Henderson locations in July to renovate, has reopened with a new menu. A spin-off of the Chinatown coffee shop, Gäbi Coffee & Bakery, the Boutique’s new specialty is a selection of twisted doughnuts, all whimsically decorated and available in both sweet and savory varieties. Strawberry cream doughnuts are lined with slices of fruit and Nutella twists feature chocolate squares set in its icing. Savory doughnuts are more surprising — one twist is iced with basil cream and topped with mozzarella and cherry tomato halves, one has piped mashed potato and bacon crumbles, and another serves as the base for slivers of smoked salmon.
