"Chinatown’s Sapporo Revolving Sushi has a runaway hit with its conveyor belt dining concept and its next two expansions are well on their way to summer debuts. Sapporo is already creating a sequel to its Spring Mountain Road original, moving into the Centennial Gateway East retail center. Work is well underway on the 5,361-square-foot restaurant, sitting next door to Moo Woo Korean BBQ and facing the under construction Cafe Zupas.
