"The team behind Motek has expanded with Sesame Bakery, a 5,000-square-foot bakery and all-day brunch spot in North Miami’s SoLé Mia development. Owner Charlie Levy and former Balthazar Bakery baker Etai Almog blend Eastern Mediterranean and European flavors across the menu: green shakshuka with Jerusalem bagels and lemon tahini, Moroccan-style bagel sandwiches with matbucha, and a tuna croque madame with truffle bechamel.
