"If choice is a luxury, this contemporary West Highland haunt’s plans for New Year’s Eve are automatically luxurious. It’s offering not one but two six-course menus ($125 per person), one for omnivores and one for vegetarians. Several of those courses include more than one option — for instance, beef tartare with grilled ciabatta, Parmesan crisps, and egg yolk gel or red snapper crudo in citrus-tamarind aguachile; and finally, there are three supplemental beverage pairings to consider — wine ($75), reserve wine ($125), or cocktails ($75). (Strong decision-making skills will come in handy here.)" - Ruth Tobias
