It’s an ideal place to take out-of-towners. They can cross Times Square off their bucket list, and you’ll be 17 floors from the fray. If they weren’t already impressed by the if-you-know-you-know rooftop, they’ll be floored with the by-the-glass double magnum pours of Château de Parenchère “Raphaël” 2018.
