"Two Southwest Detroit locals, Julie and Jason Stevens, are turning their catering business into a permanent Guanajuato-style taqueria in the North End, previewing the menu through neighborhood pop-ups and bar appearances. The menu blends traditional Guanajuato dishes with Detroit-influenced options, featuring frijoles charros, Mexican sandwiches, beef and chicken tacos, and vegan choices like spinach enchiladas.
