"Opening Thursday, February 13, the new downtown outpost of Mendocino Farms in Tower 180 at the corner of First and Broadway is the sandwich-and-salad chain’s fourth location in the area and its 32nd overall. The LA-based, fast-casual eatery—which already operates branches in La Jolla, Del Mar, and Carlsbad—occupies a nearly 2,700-square-foot street-level space with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a 1,300-square-foot raised outdoor patio.
