Town Square’s new Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar debuts - Eater Vegas
"Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar brings part sports bar, part whiskey bar, and part family-friendly restaurant to the former Pot Liquor space across from Yard House. The company that originally opened in Springfield, Missouri, 13 years ago features a menu of American classics from executive chef Ralph Robinette. Diners can find gluten-friendly and vegan items, and the sports bar side of the restaurant features nods to the Vegas Golden Knights and future Las Vegas Raiders.
