"An Asian-inspired food hall is ready to start serving Taiwanese bubble teas and poke to Rockville diners: it's projected to open at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 7 at 255 N Washington Street (in the Metropolitan Apartment Building, across from Rockville Town Center). I report that five of its seven food stalls will operate at opening—Gong Cha, Poki DC, Cheers Cut, Mian and Alpaca Dessert—with The Spot Bar and The Spot Grill arriving soon; the venue will have about 150 seats inside and 50 in the outdoor bar area, will stay open daily until midnight, and will run a 25-percent discount through Sunday, July 8 to celebrate its first arrivals." - Tierney Plumb
