"Opening in late spring at 3236 Vollmer Road in suburban Olympia Fields, this new full-service outpost of the popular Lincoln Park brunch spot brings its creative menu—including decadent French toast flights and deconstructed omelets—to the suburbs while adding bar service for the first time, with brunch-friendly drinks like mimosas and bloody marys as well as beer and wine and a liquor license to support evening events. The 100-seat space (about 30 more seats than the Lincoln Park location) will offer outdoor seating for 30 and ample parking, and ownership plans to rotate specials between locations. Founded by Craig and Dr. Tanya Richardson in 2012 and known for long weekend waits and being one of Chicago’s best breakfast spots, the group also operates a Riverwalk walk-up and is planning a West Side location in Austin; the owners hope the new suburban restaurant will aid local economic development and make the brand more accessible to south suburban diners." - Naomi Waxman
