"I can now find Chef Jason Zygmont’s Setsun operating as an all-day cafe at the Five Points hotel, fusing the fan-favorite agnolotti and other tasting-menu standouts with homemade bagels and schmear; the new space at 105 S 11th Street also brings breakfast and lunch menus that include Eater Nashville’s 2019 Dish of the Year ricotta agnolotti in daytime hours, bagel sandwiches, and egg drop soups. During the coronavirus shutdown Zygmont sold homemade bagels plus jars of salsa macha and salsa Calabria via his personal Instagram for contactless pick-up, and the team had already been moving from a weekly pop-up at Sky Blue Cafe to this more permanent home (they even did a pop-up in the Van Dyke space just hours before the tornado). The dinner menu remains familiar with standouts like the pole bean Caesar, oysters with green curry mignonette, beef tartare, and the agnolotti, and a cast of interesting wines—including skin-contact and co-ferments—are available by the half-glass, glass, or bottle; cocktail options have been added. Daytime service is counter service with seating first-come, first-served, while dinner accepts reservations on OpenTable and via the Setsun website; hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m." - Delia Jo Ramsey
