"Truffle hunting is a bucket list item — and Domaine de la Truffe does it right. The estate has 150 acres of truffle beds, a hotel, and an on-site restaurant. Take a tour with Serge Desazars, who’s been truffle hunting since the ’90s, learn how they’re grown and harvested, and dig for them with the Domaine’s truffle dogs. The Domaine offers a variety of experiences: you can take a helicopter ride there from Paris, or spend an entire weekend at the hotel exploring the truffle beds, harvesting your own, and eating them for dinner in the restaurant.
