"Opened on November 1 in Pierrefonds after a brief takeout-only soft opening, this casual spot focuses on Southern-style seafood boil: a choose-your-own-seafood experience where you pick shrimp, mussel, lobster, crab, or a mix, then select a Cajun or house flavor, choose your preferred spice level, and add boiled potatoes, corn, or rice — a meal typically eaten communally, often with a plastic bib. The restaurant describes its house sauce as “lemon pepper.” Beyond the boil there are baskets of battered calamari, mozzarella sticks, and french fries, plus fish and chips, “loaded sausages” with potatoes, cheddar and pickled jalapeño, and a somewhat unexpected shrimp Alfredo." - Valerie Silva
