"Opened March 21 in Pico-Union, this delivery-only and pickup kitchen focuses on late-night comfort food for people who want to eat past 10 p.m. The menu highlights non-traditional burritos (including a steak with tater tots), customizable bowls with choice of protein plus jalapeño, scallions, and salsa, and indulgent sides and snacks like loaded waffle fries, queso, sodas, cookies, and brownies. Run by Dana Kippeland and Ryan Nanni after an initial launch in Boynton Beach, Florida, the Los Angeles service kitchen is a new cloud-kitchen operation that shares space with other delivery concepts such as Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki, Fat Sal’s, and Coolhaus. Delivery is offered via Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash, and Grubhub from a location on Washington near Normandie (covering USC, Downtown, Koreatown, and West Adams, with Uber Eats delivering up to six miles), and the spot also accepts walk-up pickups. Current hours are Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday 6 p.m.–2 a.m. and Thursday–Saturday 7 p.m.–3:30 a.m., with plans to expand to nightly service." - Mona Holmes
