Raiders Tavern & Grill opens at the M Resort in Henderson on April 1 | Eater Vegas

"Opening April 1 at the M Resort, this officially Raiders-themed restaurant and bar—filled with team memorabilia—will offer a dedicated game-day atmosphere with seating for about 200, patio views of the M Pool and multiple TVs. The menu focuses on classic game-day fare and shareable options including build-your-own burgers, seared salmon, barbecue dishes, street tacos and wood-fired pizzas, alongside a selection of lighter, vegan and vegetarian dishes; desserts include bread pudding, strawberry shortcake and ice cream cocktails and sundaes. Guests can expect a mid-week crab leg night and a private Remy Martin Lounge that holds about 25 people. Beverage offerings are a highlight: two bars feature a deep tequila and whiskey list, a Modelo Bar styled like its Allegiant Stadium sister bar, a Remy Martin Bar with specialty cocktails, and a happy hour boasting 20 beers on tap.
