Sapporo Revolving Sushi expands to Silverton Village next | Eater Vegas

"As the local leader in automated Asian dining, the Sapporo restaurant group is expanding toward the Strip: its Chinatown outpost, Sapporo Revolving Sushi, has filed paperwork to move into the Silverton Village retail center at 8229 Dean Martin Drive, behind the Silverton Casino. I’ve followed their growth since they launched in late 2017 and expanded to Centennial in February; the move is not yet announced and no opening date has been given. The location will sit alongside Starbucks, Panera Bread, Blaze Pizza and Firehouse Subs and is a short drive from Cracker Barrel and the under-construction Hyatt Place hotel (now accepting reservations Aug. 10). Sapporo specializes in covered plates — including sushi, nigiri, and chicken karaage — that travel around the dining room on a conveyor belt, while custom orders are whisked to diners’ seats on the back of a robot train." - Bradley Martin
