The Waffle Bus’s Over-the-Top Sandwiches Will Soon Arrive in Montrose | Eater Houston

"Planned as a second location a year after the first standalone, this site at 1540 West Alabama inside the Alabama Row development (across from the Menil Collection’s parking lot) has permits filed with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and was confirmed by owner Phi Nguyen. Slated for an April 2021 opening, the new spot will add a full bar and an ice cream parlor, promising even more creative concoctions from Nguyen and his kitchen team that build on the folded waffle sandwiches and sweet-and-savory menu that made the original popular." - Brittanie Shey
