Two SkinnyFats locations open in Henderson - Eater Vegas
"SkinnyFats, the local restaurant that serves a menu of “happy” and healthy food, now has a location at the District at Green Valley Ranch as well as at the corner of Stephanie Street and American Pacific, both in Henderson. The 4,000-plus-square-foot space on Stephanie features flat-screen TVs, a full-service bar with beers on tap, hand-painted murals.
