Side Piece Pizza to open at Red Rock Resort this spring | Eater Vegas

"Operated by Clique Hospitality and overseen by Naples-born chef Enzo Esposito, this counter-service pizzeria—shuttered along with the Palms resort for more than a year—is reopening in Red Rock Resort’s food court before the end of May with planned daily hours of 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It will focus on whole pies and single slices and features an expanded menu and a new delivery option to serve the neighborhood and encourage locals to order takeout. Previewed items include meatballs, pizza rolls, fried pizza dough, salads, hot sandwiches, Sicilian slices, and calzones, plus a new “chickenparm pizza” topped with a fried chicken cutlet, mozzarella, and Parmesan." - Bradley Martin
