"Planned to open on Jan. 11, 2019, the new bar Mr. Coco sits on the third floor of the resort’s Fantasy Tower and will offer live piano music and small plates from Francesco Lafranconi, executive director of mixology and spirits education at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. When it opens, customers will first receive what the Las Vegas Review-Journal describes as a 'cocktail amuse bouche' — a truffle-infused Cognac and champagne combined into one cocktail — and chef Steve Benjamin, who left L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand in 2017, created a menu that includes caviar served tableside." - Susan Stapleton
