"A historic 20-story tower built in 1907 whose upper floor once housed a bakery and housed a large smoker became a bottleneck for tenant equipment after a freight elevator was replaced with a passenger-style lift, effectively stranding a several-thousand-pound, single-piece smoker on the 20th floor.
